All of our products are digital – they include downloadable guides, online materials, and other electronic content that you can access immediately after purchase. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” like physical goods, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
General Policy
Please note that all sales are final once the product has been successfully delivered or access has been granted. This means that under normal circumstances, we do not provide refunds for digital products after they have been downloaded or accessed.
The reason behind this policy is that digital content, once delivered, cannot be taken back. However, we still want to ensure a positive experience for all our customers, so we do make exceptions in specific cases outlined below.
When Refunds Are Possible
We understand that mistakes and technical issues can happen. Therefore, we offer refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchase
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, please let us know right away. We will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate payment. - Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product (for example, download link not working, account issues, or file corruption), our support team will do everything possible to resolve it quickly. If we cannot fix the issue within 7 business days, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for reasons such as:
- “I changed my mind” after purchase.
- Lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of the product purpose.
- Personal preference after access was granted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@y-t-code.com within 7 days of your purchase. In your message, include:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once we review your request and confirm it meets our refund criteria, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Since all of our products are digital, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you accidentally purchased the wrong guide or package, please reach out to us. In many cases, we can help by granting access to the correct product without additional charges or at a reduced cost.
